Her photography largely focuses on celebrity and fame, and focuses the camera on the media who sat on her shoulders when she exploded in fame and fortune with Amelie as well as self-portraits. Audrey Tautou's first big role, as Amelie Poulain's leading actress in Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie poulain, earned the actress international fame. Amelie gained international attention because of its box-office success. It also received praise during awards ceremonies around the world.
